AdDuplex Privacy Policy

This article describes the collection and use of data collected by AdDuplex network from the users of apps utilizing AdDuplex ad control.

Collected Data

AdDuplex doesn’t collect any personally identifiable data about the users. That said AdDuplex collects and stores anonymous identifiers that can be used to distinguish a user from other users for the purpose of improving the quality and targeting of served advertising, as well as providing aggregated statistical information to app publishers and advertisers.

Data sharing

None of the collected identifiers will be shared with third parties except in cases when AdDuplex is required by law to disclose this data to government institutions.

Sale of Business

In the event that AdDuplex (or its part) is acquired by a third party or merged with a third party entity, we may transfer the collected information as part of such a change of control.

Security Measures

We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect the collected data from misuse.

Jurisdiction

UAB AdDuplex is a company registered and operating from Republic of Lithuania and therefore operates in accordance to laws of Republic of Lithuania and European Union.

Modifications

This privacy policy may be revised periodically by AdDuplex. Material changes to this privacy policy shall be communicated via prominently visible portions of AdDuplex.com, AdDuplex blog and/or direct email communication to publishers and advertisers.
